Cam Valley Wildlife Group will use the personal data you send below (name, email, website and any information in your message that could be used to identify you) for the sole purpose of responding to your message or taking action requested. Please note that the consent of your parent or guardian is necessary for us to hold your details online or respond to you if you are under 13 years of age. Please inform us if you wish your comment to be published on our website (eg a sighting), please request that this is done and make sure that you tell us what personal data, if any, you wish to be published with or in your message. Your personal data will be retained for as long as we are in communication with you and will be deleted after three months have passed since the last mail (unless you are a member or an existing contact to whom we send mailings).  You have certain rights under the Data Protection Act 2018 (UK).
